How can I pay?

T/T、L/C、PayPal、Credit cards, etc

Will invoices and receipts be provided?

Yes, upon receipt of each payment, we will issue the corresponding pro forma invoice or formal receipt and email it to you, ensuring all transaction records are clearly traceable.

Are discounts available for large order values?

We highly value long-term partnerships and substantial orders. For significant volumes or consistently large orders, we are pleased to discuss pricing and payment terms. Please liaise directly with our Sales Manager, who will tailor the most competitive solution for your requirements.

Logistics FAQ

Delivery Time?

Mass production: Approximately 7–25 days after receipt of deposit (Accurate delivery time depends on specific items and quantities)

What are the shipping methods?

-Door-to-door service: DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT.

-Sea freight or air freight may also be used for large orders.

-You may also utilise your own freight forwarder account.

Who is responsible for freight costs? How are they calculated?

Our standard quotation is EXW (Ex Works), meaning the client bears all freight and incidental charges after the goods leave the factory. If door-to-door services (DDP/DAP) are required, we can provide a quotation inclusive of shipping costs. Freight is calculated based on the shipping method, cargo volume/weight, and destination. Please provide details to obtain the most favourable quotation.
